THE TURKISH IŞ BANK RELEASED A NEW PROPERTY CREDIT SCHEME (MORTGAGE) FOR GERMAN AND DUTCH CITIZENS.
The Turkish İŞ Bank will now commence with credit terms for German and Dutch citizens to buy property in Turkey.Mr.Fatih Eliuz, branch manager of İŞ Bank,Alanya, said this is the very first time in Turkey that property credit has been made available for foreign citizens.For now,credit will be released for German and Dutch citizens living in Germany and Netherlands (Because of similarities re Turkey and the above mentioned countries legal system). With this system the purchaser can obtain credit even if they are not property owners at home.
The credit (mortgage) can be paid back in max 10 years.
The interest will be; 6.25% for 12months, 6.40% up to 60months,
6.70% up to 84months, 6.90% up to 120months.
The İnterest rates quoted are for the 30th. July,2006 only,rates vary according to inflation determind by the bank.
İŞ Bank have 12 branch offices in Germany and 2 branch offices in the Netherlands.
The purchaser can make the credit application either ın their own country or in Turkey
